NAPD는 1999년 루마니아에서 출발한 국제 다이빙 교육 단체로, 전 세계 다이버들이 안전하고 전문적으로 활동할 수 있도록 교육과 표준을 제공합니다. 스포츠 다이빙과 테크니컬 다이빙은 물론, 해양 환경 보호와 구조 활동에도 앞장서며 건강한 다이빙 문화를 만들어 가고 있습니다.

Beyond education, we actively promote sports and technical diving, marine conservation, and rescue initiatives to foster a responsible diving culture.
